Instructions for Pensioners:

1. To Know Your SAMPANN PPO Number, Please follow the below instructions-

a. Please enter your Account number and Date of Birth, Enter Captcha and Click on Submit.
b. On clicking “Submit”, you will see your PPO number and Registered Mobile number.
c. If your Mobile Number is correct, please proceed to Pensioner Login Creation-https://dotpension.gov.in/Login/CreatePensionerLogin
d. If your Mobile Number is Incorrect, Please contact concerned circle for updating the Mobile Number. Details of CCAs: https://dotpension.gov.in/Home/BankDataMigration
